DoDone: Simplifying Task Management for Busy Lives
DoDone is an organization app designed for busy individuals who need to efficiently remember and accomplish tasks with minimal effort. Understanding the diverse ways people organize their lives, from paper lists to digital tools, DoDone focuses on streamlining task management to save time and money.
As the lead product designer on this project, I collaborated with a team of four to develop an app that meets the needs of users who juggle multiple tasks daily. Through in-depth research, including surveys and interviews, we identified key pain points and designed features to address them, such as real-time task navigation, task sharing, and achievement tracking. The app’s clean, modern design is centered on usability, with customizable themes and intuitive navigation to enhance user experience.
DoDone’s core functionality includes creating and importing tasks, managing time efficiently, and providing voice-activated commands for on-the-go adjustments. The app also features splash screens with personalized reminders and offers opportunities for local businesses to advertise to nearby users. With DoDone, users can get their tasks done efficiently and effectively, making life a little easier.
